Refund policy

Returns

Due to the very high cost of our ingredients and labor-intensive small-batch production process, we are unable to accept returns of opened or unopened products currently. 

However, if you believe that your product is defective in any way, you may ship it to us for inspection along with an e-mail to our customer care team (info@mygaeaorganics.com) explaining the problem.

To return your product, you should ship your product to: PO Box #4578, Broadlands, VA -20148

Exchanges

We will replace any items if they are defective (product’s freshness gone bad the very first time you opened the product, or the container got damaged during shipping). Please contact us and describe your problem and we will address each case individually. Send us an e-mail with a photo to (info@mygaeaorganics.com)

Cancellations & Changes to online orders 

Gaea Organics will endeavor to arrange the dispatch of your order as soon as we receive it. If you have changed your mind about your order and would like to cancel or change it, please email info@mygaeaorganics.com the same day as soon as possible, quoting your Gaea Organics order number. If your order has already entered into the process of being packaged up for the shipment, unfortunately, your order will not be changed or cancelled.

Liability of Gaea Organics 

Please check all your order details carefully before processing your order. Gaea Organics will not take responsibility for any product lost or stolen that is addressed incorrectly due to incorrect information entered on your order form.
