No Returns or Refunds
Due to the nature of our handcrafted, small-batch skincare and the high cost of organic ingredients, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on opened or unopened products.
Defective Products
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged during shipping, or arrives in an unusable condition, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@mygaeaorganics.com with:

We will review your claim and, at our sole discretion, may offer a replacement or store credit.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for products that are defective or damaged upon arrival. We do not offer exchanges for change of mind, scent preference, or skin sensitivity. All exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
Cancellations & Changes to Online Orders
Once an order is placed, it enters our production and fulfillment process immediately. If you wish to cancel or modify your order, you must contact us at info@mygaeaorganics.com within 2 hours of placing your order. We cannot guarantee cancellation or changes after this window. Orders that have already been packaged or shipped cannot be canceled or modified.
Shipping & Address Accuracy
Please ensure all shipping information is accurate before completing your purchase. Gaea Organics is not responsible for orders that are lost, stolen, delayed, or delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error. We are not liable for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
Allergies & Skin Sensitivities
All ingredients are listed on product pages and packaging. Please review them carefully before purchase. We are not responsible for allergic reactions or skin sensitivities. If you have known sensitivities, we recommend patch testing before full use.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Gaea Organics’ total liability for any claim, loss, or damages arising out of or related to your purchase or use of any product shall be strictly limited to the amount actually paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
Under no circumstances shall Gaea Organics be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of profits, or loss of data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Order Accuracy & Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order and shipping details are accurate at the time of purchase. Gaea Organics is not responsible for delays, losses, or non-delivery of products resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer at checkout.
Once an order has been processed and shipped, Gaea Organics cannot assume responsibility for packages that are lost, stolen, or misdelivered due to address errors or circumstances beyond our control.
