At Gaea Organics, we handcraft every product in micro-batches to ensure freshness and potency. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.


Processing Time

  • Standard Processing: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days of purchase.

  • Extended Processing: Occasionally, we may need additional time if we're preparing a fresh batch or awaiting organic ingredients. If your order will be delayed beyond 5 business days, we will notify you via email.

  • Peak Seasons: During high-volume periods (holidays, promotions), processing may take up to 7 business days. We appreciate your patience as we maintain our commitment to quality.


Shipping Methods & Carriers

We primarily ship via USPS for its reliability and affordability. At checkout, you may select from available shipping options based on your location:

Domestic (U.S.) Shipping:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days after processing

  • Priority Shipping: 2–3 business days after processing (where available)

International Shipping:

  • Available to select countries

  • Delivery times vary by destination: typically, 10–21 business days after processing

  • Delays may occur due to customs processing

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package through the carrier's website or contact us at info@mygaeaorganics.com if you need assistance.


Delivery Timeframes

Domestic Orders (U.S.):
Please allow 8–12 business days total (processing + transit) for standard shipping.

International Orders:
Please allow 15–28 business days total (processing + transit + customs).

Note: These are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or customs processing.


Packages Delayed or Lost in Transit

Domestic Delays:
If your package has not arrived within 3 weeks of the ship date, please contact us at info@mygaeaorganics.com with your order number. We will work with USPS to locate your package. If it cannot be located, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

International Delays:
International orders may take longer due to customs processing. If your package has not arrived within 45 days of the ship date, contact us and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

Carrier Responsibility:
Once a package is marked as "delivered" by the carrier, Gaea Organics is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. We recommend selecting a secure delivery location or requiring a signature at checkout (if available).


Packages Damaged in Transit

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@mygaeaorganics.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged product and packaging

  • A description of the damage

We will review your claim and, at our discretion, may offer a replacement or store credit.


International Orders & Customs

Customs Fees:
International buyers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by their country. These fees are not included in your order total and are collected by customs upon delivery.

Customs Documentation:
We are required by law to include an invoice with the actual purchase price on all international shipments. We cannot mark packages as "gifts" or alter declared values.

Refused or Returned Packages:
If a package is returned to us due to non-payment of customs fees, refusal of delivery, or incorrect address provided by the customer, we will not issue a refund. You may request a re-ship at your expense.

Lost International Packages:
Claims for lost international packages may be filed 45 days after the ship date. Contact us for assistance.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Your Responsibility:
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. Gaea Organics is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.

Address Correction or Rerouting:
We do not offer package rerouting services at this time. Once your order has shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.

 


Refused Deliveries

We are unable to issue refunds for packages that were correctly shipped but refused by the customer upon delivery. If you refuse a delivery, the package will be returned to us, and the policies outlined in "Packages Returned Due to Address Errors" will apply.


Order Cancellations & Modifications

Once an order is placed, it enters our production and fulfillment process immediately. If you wish to cancel or modify your order, you must contact us at info@mygaeaorganics.com within 2 hours of placing your order. We cannot guarantee cancellation or changes after this window. Orders that have already been packaged or shipped cannot be canceled or modified.


Right to Refuse Orders

Gaea Organics reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Product availability issues

  • Errors in pricing or product information

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

  • Violation of our Terms of Service

If we cancel your order, we will promptly issue a full refund and notify you via email with an explanation.


Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to most U.S. states and select international destinations. Some products may be restricted from shipment to certain locations due to regulatory requirements. If we are unable to ship to your location, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
